Image use agreement:
1. Use of images shall be restricted to the not-for-profit self promotional activities of the band.
2. Photo credit to the photographer shall be displayed [1]. A link to the photographer's website [2] must appear on all websites were the images are published.
3. The photographer maintains all reproduction rights, and licenses to the band only the uses listed in "Acceptable Uses" below.
4. The photographer shall be notified upon use. This would allow the photographer to display a reciprocal link when images are used on the band's website.
5. Display of any image indicates approval of this agreement by the band.
Acceptable Uses:
1. Display on the band's website with a maximum resolution of 640 pixels at 72 dots per inch [1].
2. Display on a website profile with a maximum resolution of 640 pixels at 72 dpi [1].
(Acceptable websites limited to: myspace.com, sonicbids.com, garageband.com)
3. Display at a venue location where the band will perform in the form of a handbill, flyer or poster [1]. Not to exceed 50 pieces.
4. Display on a venue's website where the band will perform, with a maximum resolution of 640 pixels at 72 dpi [1].
5. Display by local print media [1] (newspapers, entertainment guides) where a concert is to take place featuring the band, limited to non-paid editorial use only (not for paid advertisement by the band or a venue).
6. Any additional or other use will require written authorization from the photographer.
Explicitly Restricted Uses:
1. Display on sale merchandise, including but not limited to: printed music packaging, clothing, accessories.
2. Display on a website which requires membership, subscription fee, or displays paid advertising.
Termination of agreement:
1. The photographer may terminate this agreement for any reason with a 15 day notice.
2. Any use of the images not covered in the "Acceptable Uses" section above or any uses not covered in specific written instructions by the photographer will immediately terminate this agreement.
Copyright statement:
1. All image copyrights owned by the photographer.
2. All images are protected by US Copyright law [3].
3. Unlicensed uses can be punished under US Law.
